so i mentioned that i was working in someone's home this week on some furniture pieces, and here they are. it was actually my aunt's house, and she's had this furniture for years and years and was considering getting rid of it and starting new. buuuut, we decided that everything could easily be painted to get some more life out of it, and now she has a pretty new bluish-green color in her living room. yahoo! i was super excited with how the tv stand came out...such a pretty color!
annnd, you remember all that wooden furniture that i was going to paint black?
it's black! it looks so much better. i just painted it a solid black, then did light distressing/sanding on the corners and bevels, then sealed it all off. much better!
this color blue is unbelievable.
