  4. The cost involved in producing the stencil is probably a lot higher than you would expect, plus this is a very high quality mylar cut - and it is much better price-wise for you guys to be able to DIY it, than to have a professional come in! :)

  5. Just want to make the note that quality stencils are in that price range. The folks over on Young House Love just bought one for $56.00 so your pricing is right in line with what others are charging! (which you obviously know Kristen- just making a note for the other folks...) Thanks for the great work SO much inspiration found on your blog!

  6. thank you, tashia, for the support! it's true - unfortunately, high-quality stencils are not easy to produce, make, and ship!

  7. Will you be producing the "stencil" that you used to create the pattern that you did on the wrong yesterday. I have my heart set on that one for my nursery and I don't think that Houston is in your local travel range!

I have been pricing stencils as well and I am typically looking at ranges of 40.00-60.00 for similar looks.

  11. Yay stencils! I've been waiting for you to do this for ages! I don't think $50 is that much, considering the cost of wallpaper for a similar pattern. Please, please do lattice next!

  12. Just purchased it! I was considering wall paper but I love this design and can't wait to FINALLY do something to our bedroom walls :) I'll send you the link of my bedroom reveal when I finally have it done in 1-2 years haha!

  13. thank you so much!!! :)

i really appreciate the support, guys. i know $50 isn't the cheapest stencil out there, but you'd be surprised all that goes into the cost of having a stencil made, etc. and you guys art right - it is a comparable price to other stencil companies offering large scale wallpaper-style stencils.

  16. Hi Kristen! Love your stencil! Your work is fabulous. I'm your newest follower. So glad I found your site. I would be interested in seeing other stencils too. I think the price is very reasonable for a DIYer who wants a high style look for less.
