Sneak Attack

here is a super-fun-surprise-awesome-happy sneak peak of a Chinoserie nursery mural I finished...more on it later, but I just had to share one photo...

  1. If you use a Mac, you can open the photos in iPhoto, hit Edit, and then hit Enhance. Brightens mine up like magic. If you use a PC, a lot of them come with a standard photo editing software (or maybe one came with your digital camera), and they often have Auto-Enhance buttons. You could also try upping your contrast a smidge.

    Oh! AND if you have a PC, download Picasa. It's free and amazing.

  2. That wall is so perfect, I love how soft it is but really makes an impact and THAT lamp!!! LOVE!

    For photos, picnik is a good resource, I use it when I'm too lazy to open up photoshop. For some of the features you might be looking for like adjusting the curves or levels, it requires a premium membership, I think $25 for the year. I'm sure there are other free programs that would be helpful too, I just don't know of any.
