patriotic.

i woke up the morning of july 4th, and decided to make something for the door...i blame pinterest. i just gathered some craft things i already had, and put it together. probably a waste of time, but it was fun :)

i drew stars on some of the pieces of paper...

folded 'em up like ice cream cones...

glued them together, side by side:

i just used my hand to wrap these different silver scraps of string together, then tied them together in the middle. then, i snipped off all of the ends and had a pouf of silver. i glued a little red and white striped remnant in the center.
