furbish pillows make me happy.

apparently, in home design, i love nothing more than a good ol' decorative pillow. i've decided they're the shoes of the decorating world...you change up an outfit with shoes, you change up the look of a room with the switch of pillows. anyway, i had said over at the "whats up whimsy" blog (on her blogger holiday wishlist series) that i would really like for santa to bring me this black and white fleckled pillow, and he did! thanks, dad, i mean santa ;)

  4. I love it! Shoes for the room is a great way to put it. Where did you get your wood blinds? I want some for our master but I felt like the ones at Lowe's looked too fakey, or maybe I'm just being too critical?!

    brandi - my blinds are from bed, bath, and beyond....they were actually on clearance for only 9.99 a few months ago!! i have some from lowes downstairs as well...when you get them up with curtains, i dont think they look as 'cheap' as they do in the store! :)

  9. Pretty!! I tell my husband that pillows are the earring of the room - they make the outfit.. but perhaps shoes is a better analogy.. either way, that pillow is fab in your room!
