***post-edit: sold!***
new lil side table fo' sale, friends.
sweet little burnt orange side table. this piece was probably originally made in the 50's, and i brought it back to life with some TLC and paint! it's got cool black and white paper lining the drawers, and vintage-looking knobs. 15" deep, 15" wide, and 28" tall. email me at kristen.fountain@gmail.com to purchase/for questions
i could definitely see this cute little table in a nursery, used as a rocking chair side table, or maybe in a fun bedroom as a nightstand. whatever it's used as, it'll add so much fun to its future home!
easily shippable, too!

I ADORE this nightstand! Such a fantastic color, and the pattern on inside of the drawers makes for a great suprise.

ReplyDeleteps are yo from bon temp? as in sookie stackhouse's bon temp?!??? ahhhh!!!
: / no... but I wish I was cuz you sound so excited about it. lol
ReplyDeleteThe 'bon temps' comes from 'laissez les bon temps rouler' ... a VERY common saying in southern louisiana that means 'let the good times roll!'. The 'beignet' part is just cuz I *freakin love* beignets more than most things in life. So technically my blog name mean 'good times doughnut' in french. hehe oh well. people from home/New Orleans get it.
ps: I also *freakin love* your blog! keep up the amazing work... it's so refreshing to see someone paint furniture a color besides white : )
pps: my word verification was 'merci'. This is turning into a mini french immersion course.
ok... googled it. sorry to say there is no Bon Temps, LA and even worse(?), i've never seen true blood. boo
