flower power

a painting i've been playing around with for fun this week. it was an old thrift store painting i'd had for a while, so i just decide to paint over it. i don't want it to look perfect and solid. i like the graphic nature of the bright colors, but still organic in that it isn't solid - you can tell the colors are painted on (like the white part). 

i think i am going to hang it in my dining room. yes, i think i will.
